Functional fitness group classes - in a gym that welcomes everybody

CrossFit

Our group classes are 60 minutes long, are led by certified coaches, and are built on functional fitness principles. Classes are offered multiple times per day according to our schedule. The classes combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. Training sessions are high intensity and focus on proper execution of all movements. All movements can be scaled depending on ability. Due to COVID-19, classes are currently limited to 15 people and are socially-distanced. Each class will generally include a warm-up, strength and skills training, and a Workout of the Day (WOD).

SoberWOD

SoberWOD is a free community workout for individuals in recovery and all fitness abilities. If you are nervous to come alone, please bring a sober friend or ally. The only requirement to attend is 48 hours of sobriety. Core City Fitness is proud to be partnered with The Phoenix, a nationally recognized nonprofit whose mission is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection. CrossFit Kids

We offer a unique strength and conditioning program to help kids and teens develop a lifelong love of fitness - while building strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Expect fun and engaging workouts in a safe, inclusive environment.
